Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled before they are processed or shipped.
If your order has not yet been shipped, you will receive a full refund.
Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
Returns

To be eligible for a return:

✅ Item must be in original condition
✅ Item must include original packaging
✅ Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Customized or personalized products
- Clearance or final sale items
- Gift cards
- Products damaged through misuse
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Return Shipping
If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, TeamGearJersey will cover the return shipping cost.
For returns due to personal preference, customers may be responsible for return shipping costs.
No restocking fees will be charged.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
